Where are the shoes made?
Our shoes are largely manufactured in Spain and Italy, crafted by shoemakers with over decades of shoemaking experience.

What are the materials used on your shoes?
Each and every pair, in their own category, are made of different materials. Product specifications are listed on each individual shoes.

How do I know what is my shoe size?
Our sizes offered are based on European size charts, conversion charts and shoe size guides are available on every product page.

What are the shoe sizes you carry?
For men’s shoes, size varies from Eur 38 to 46.
For women’s shoes, size varies from Eur 35 to 41.

How are your shoes constructed?
We provide a wholesome offering, catering to every client’s needs. We have shoes constructed by Goodyear Welt, Bologna Welt and for most shoes with rubber outsoles, these shoes are cemented.

How are the shoes packaged?
Every pair of shoes are well protected with dust bags, protective foams and are beautifully packed in a Bern shoebox with magnetic lids. You can even flatten the shoebox for convenient storage and reuse them whenever you require the shoes to be packed.

Will the shoes expand after wearing them?
Yes, all shoes requires a short break-in period so do not be worried if the shoes do feel slightly snug upon your first wear. As the shoes are broken-in, you will feel more comfort as the shoes expand and wraps nicely around your feet.

Do you provide shoe repair or upkeep services?
Yes we do, charges will apply. Please contact our support team via email at sales@bernsc.com.

How often are your stocks replenished?
It depends on the supply of each individual design. As the shoes are manufactured in large quantity, the wait for replenishment might vary between 6 to 10 weeks. Do kindly fill up the 'join waiting list' form to be updated when stocks arrive.

Orders and Payments

What are the modes of payments that are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments. You do not need a Paypal account to make credit card payment, simply press checkout as guest on Paypal's payment page.

Do you accept cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash for security reasons.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email notification upon a successful purchase.

Do you keep my credit card details?
As we take our customer’s security very seriously, we will not retain any information with regards to your credit card. All credit card information are handled by our payment gateway providers, PayPal and Stripe.

Can I return or exchange purchased shoes?

Yes, depending on the reasons of returns or exchange required, for more information, please refer to our return and exchange policy.

 

Shipping and Delivery

How are your shoes delivered?
For local deliveries, upon checking out your order, you may select the various delivery options, we do deliver right to your doorstep.
For international shipping, we engage the services of DHL and FedEx, you may find the delivery details and costs upon checking out your order.

How long should I expect for the delivery of shoes purchased?
For local deliveries, it may take up to 3 business days.
For international shipping, it may take up to 15 business days, depending on your location.

Are there tax refunds?
Unfortunately, there are no tax refunds for purchases made from www.bernsc.com

Do I have to pay duties or taxes?
For local orders, the goods and services tax of 7% will be included in your order automatically.
For international orders, the purchaser will be responsible for any import charges. If your order requires any import charges, payment has to be made on your end for your package to cleared from custom.
